Development Finance

  • Terms of up to 24 months.
  • LTV60% of land/ Site valuation
  • 100% of building costs.
  • Valuation Lenders surveyor/ valuer monitor costs, timetable and cash flow.
  • Stage payments released on a monthly certification.
  • Site, sites to have planning in place before drawdown.
  • Use as a guide, projects should show a minimum of 25% profit on cost.
  • Some lenders will accept planning gain as part of your contribution to the deal.
