Knowing that poor service can put the whole sale at risk we have worked hard on our vendor finance package so that it is as seamless and competitive as possible.
We recognize that each company has different needs; it may be that you feel uncomfortable asking customers for their financial information or perhaps that the proposal packaging would be better if left to us. We can make the facility so that it meets your needs.
Every customer enquiry follows a standard process and most of our vendors are on one of the following levels:
Basic Involvement
After having made a genuine enquiry you provide us solely with the customers contact details and what they are looking to buy. We can then contact the customer directly and discuss their facility options, complete the application and therefore request the financial information and complete the deed.
Standard Involvement
A finance quote is agreed with the customer. A proposal form is sent to us that details the terms agreed and the customer details. We can then contact the customer directly and request financial information to complete the deal.
Full Involvement
You package the full application and send it to us. Additional information or queries that are requested will be directed to you. There will be no contact with the client until the documentation stage.
